Can you customize capacity, enclosure and branding?
Yes. If you need to customize a home battery for a specific market or product line, you can re-specify most of it rather than simply relabel it. Our published customization list covers six areas, from the electrical core outwards.

How to customize a home battery: the electrical core
For battery customization, you can adjust capacity and voltage, including full-gradient capacity customization rather than a choice between fixed steps. We support non-standard voltages. That matters when an existing inverter fleet expects a nominal voltage outside the common residential range. We can also raise or lower the current rating to match the application.
Mechanical battery customization
For battery customization, we can adapt size and outline. Right-angle and arc-corner shapes are available alongside conventional enclosures. We also offer both single-layer and multi-layer stacking options. You can specify mounting structures as wall brackets, floor foot pads, lifting lugs, stacking buckles or slides. It depends on how you will install and handle the unit.
We can brush or anodize the surface treatment. We can also finish it in full-colour powder coating with custom RAL colours, a common request in battery customization. That is usually the fastest way to make a system match an existing product family without changing the electronics.
Branding customization
Branding is the last layer of battery customization and covers custom logos, display interfaces and module designs. The display interface is worth planning early. It is the part of the product your customer interacts with daily.
Two practical notes. First, customization interacts with certification. A change to capacity, cell supplier or enclosure can mean the existing certificates no longer describe the product you are shipping. Confirm the compliance route before committing to a variant. Second, plan the whole range rather than one SKU. Tooling and finish changes are cheaper when you amortise them across a product family. That is standard practice in battery customization.
Tell us what you need . We will come back with feasibility for your custom battery design, tooling implications and lead time. You can see the standard range on our products page and our production capability in about RUIDASIMAI. Standards relevant to customized storage products come from the International Electrotechnical Commission. Start with a specification conversation.
